Highlight grew out of a consultancy business which advised customers like the Bank of England, Inmarsat and Disney on managing data network performance. Not easy, as it turned out: the available tools were clunky, expensive, and hard to use.
The basic concept for Highlight was formed:

Monthly billing support for our partners and their resellers
Quite a challenge, but a very popular concept as it turned out. We grew by selling to enterprises through service providers, and we initially evolved our service to track the products they sold, moving with them from basic internet access, to VPNs and managed networks, to hosted applications and services.
CEO & Founder
Richard founded netEvidence in 2000 and rebranded the company to Highlight in 2016. Richard developed a SaaS focused on performance monitoring that enables technical and non-technical personnel within the NSP / MSP market, and their customers to see clearly application and network services in a “single pane of glass.”
Head of Service Delivery
Anthony has over 15 years of experience in management, service delivery and project management within the legal and healthcare sectors. He is responsible for Highlight’s Cloud infrastructure, technical support and is keenly focused on ensuring business critical continuity for Highlight partners.
Martin has a proven record in the high-tech sector leading and delivering strategic programmes. Martin defines, plans and executes the product roadmap, ensuring the continuous enhancement and growth of Highlight in the market place. He brings over 15 years of expertise to the company.
Sales & Marketing Director
Edmund is responsible for driving marketing and new business development at Highlight. He holds over 25 years of experience in the technology industry and has extensive expertise in enabling transformation and best practices across marketing and sales in fast paced and challenging environments.
Head of QA
Krish heads up Highlight’s Quality Assurance strategy and execution, managing the QA team throughout the testing process. With over 15 years of experience in designing and developing software, his depth and breadth of understanding development processes now underpins best practice and quality for Highlight.
Head of Channel Development
Jon manages the development of new and existing eco systems. With over 20 years of Channel Sales leadership, he builds on current platforms, improves processes and identifies growth opportunities and expands relationships with those who have an increasing need for Highlight.
Sales Account Director
Andy has worked in the networking and consultancy industry with the UK’s largest ISPs, for over 24 years. He joined the Highlight team in 2006 as Technical Manager, moving onto Director of Operations in 2012. Now as a partner account manager, he focuses on developing relationships and opportunities across UK partner accounts.

Mike manages strategic global accounts enabling partners to overcome business challenges. Driving success through an experienced understanding of the business processes and challenges faced by partners and their customers, Mike brings over 15 years of experience to Highlight.
Technical Account Manager
Craig supports the sales team by providing technical expertise to both new and existing partners throughout the pre and post sales engagement cycle. He has a wealth of over 20 years of experience in service delivery and technical account management and is skilled is delivering critical business services skilfully.
