EU Data Act Addendum

The EU Data Act Addendum (DAA) provides extra rights for buyers of online services such as Highlight, including your right to terminate or transfer agreements, and the conditions under which that can happen.

This addendum sets out those rights and conditions as they apply to our Service, and forms part of your Agreement with us if you are a Highlight customer.
