Ampito, a global technology and managed services provider specialising in infrastructure, connectivity and technology services, has partnered with Highlight to deliver its monitoring and service observability platform to Ampito’s internal teams and customers.
As part of the partnership, all connectivity services sold and deployed by Ampito will now include Highlight, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to make service observability an integral part of its infrastructure proposition. The partnership will help the company and its customers take advantage of a clear, unified view of network performance and the experience of their digital environments.
“I’ve known about Highlight for many years and when one of our customers was experiencing challenges with observability across their SD-WAN environment, we knew where to turn.
In addition, Ampito has historically used multiple monitoring platforms, and Highlight now gives us a consistent observability layer for our internal teams, our partners and, most importantly, our customers.
Highlight’s multi-tenant, role-based visibility ensures that different teams within Ampito can access the information that is most relevant to their roles. More than 50 Ampito employees across engineering, service delivery, operations, sales, account management and the service desk will use the platform.
Most importantly, for our customers, Highlight is not a land and leave deployment, it’s a land and expand model. We can use the insights we gain to identify further opportunities to improve the customer’s environment and deliver even greater value.
Andrew adds, “The Highlight teams have been incredibly supportive. They have worked with us in customer conversations, as well as working closely with our technical teams to build and integrate the platform. That combination of technical expertise and commercial support has been invaluable as we have embedded service observability as a key part of our offering.”

Senior Account Director at Ampito
The partnership addresses a common challenge facing many enterprises and managed service providers: the complexity created by multiple monitoring platforms. Organisations often rely on separate tools to monitor SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, networking and other infrastructure components, making it difficult to identify the root cause of an issue, understand its wider impact and determine where action is needed.
Ampito will now use Highlight across its internal teams and customer deployments, giving a single, unified view of networks and service performance.
Using Highlight, Ampito will provide its customers with a straightforward view of complex multi-technology infrastructure performance across their organisation using intuitive location and service tiles. This enables both technical and non-technical stakeholders to quickly understand the impact of network and infrastructure issues and how performance is affecting the wider user experience.
For Ampito’s internal teams, Highlight provides network and technical teams with a single operational overview spanning more than 5,000 customer connections. In addition, Ampito’s service desk, responsible for handling customer calls, triaging incidents and escalating issues, can access relevant Highlight data. This kind of multi-tenancy allows service teams to quickly understand and communicate what is happening with a customer’s environment and make informed decisions about the appropriate response.
The platform also gives Ampito’s sales and account teams a way to engage customers through meaningful, experience-led data. By demonstrating the impact of infrastructure performance on stakeholders and users, Ampito can identify opportunities to improve the wider digital environment rather than simply addressing individual connectivity requirements.

“Ampito has built its reputation on delivering outstanding customer outcomes through deep technical expertise and a strong managed services culture.
We’re delighted to help make service observability a core part of that proposition.
With more than 50 Ampito employees using Highlight across engineering, operations, service delivery, sales and customer-facing teams, observability is embedded throughout the organisation, helping customers gain clearer visibility, faster resolution and a better understanding of service performance.”
