Data Processing Agreement

The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms the basis of agreement between Highlight and its partners relating to the handling of personal data under regulations that govern this.

The DPA also contains the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers between Controller-Processor and Processor-Processor.

If the DPA changes, we will notify you if you’re a designated legal contact at one of our partners.
