Sub-Processors

A “Sub-Processor” is any agent, subcontractor or another third party that we use to help us deliver the Highlight service, and with whom we may share limited personal data of Highlight users for the purposes detailed in our Sub-Processor list.

Examples would be a cloud hosting service, or mailing list management ​company.

Before entering into any such agreement with any Sub-Processor, and before sharing personal data with them, we will ensure that the contract we have with them binds them to the same level of care and compliance that we would take ourselves.

The following companies act as Sub-Processors for Highlight. Because the list of Sub-Processors changes from time to time, we hold the latest list here. If you are a Highlight partner then we will automatically notify your designated contact if this list changes.
